Cherry Blossom District

So given the name for the many cherry blossom trees, the mayor had them planted after his wife passed away. This is a wide open district with pathways leading every which way. You will find the inn, the guild, the bar and many shops which have ingredients and supplies. There is a statue in the middle of the district with benches around it, you can sit down and enjoy the trees and breeze that comes off the ocean.
