History:

Colette was born and raised in Iselia, in her hand was a Cruxis Crystal marking her as the next chosen. In her early stages of childhood she was taught how to read the Angelic language, and soon met the clergy and priests that would escort her on her journey later in life. Soon she began her education at the schoolhouse, the teacher there was named Raine Sage. This is also where Colette met Lloyd and Genis, becoming great friends with them. When she turns sixteen she is sent on her journey accompinied by Lloyd and a few others.

It was her duty to release the five seals, the final being in the tower of Salvation. She would than sacrifice herself and die, and the world would be saved. As she continues on her journey Colette notices she is beginning to go into stages of becoming an angel, her senses hightened. Though she soon loses all human qualities, and afraid she tells Lloyd what is going on. When she comes to the tower, she sacrifices her final hint of humanity. Her heart and her memories, through mind speech she thanks Lloyd for sixteen wonderful years, than becomes a lifeless vessel for Martel.

Unaware of what's going on, she is taken by the Renegades to safety and Lloyd tries to find a cure for her. She soon regains her senses thanks to a key crest carved into the necklace Lloyd gave her for her birthday. Colette learns about the other chosen Zelos, and soon she regains the ability to eat and feel again. But she is struck with a serious disease, and keeps it to herself until she collapses in Ozette from pain. Shielding Chocolat, she than begins to Crystallize.

She is soon cured and learns that Kratos is actually Lloyd's father and a member of Cruxis, and is introduced to Mithos who wants to use her body as a vessel for his sister Martel to be reborn. She is captured and the party is betrayed by Zelos, after she is merged with Martel's spirit Colette can understand her feelings of wanting her brother to stop what he is doing before Martel leaves her body. After the defeat of Mithos, the Great Seed dies and Colette follows after Lloyd seeing he has sprouted angel wings. Landing with him they manange to revive the great seed, the tree and it's new spirit Martel. Urging Lloyd to give the tree a new name, she soons returns home a big welcome waiting before going with Lloyd on his search for Ex-spheres.

In tales of the new world, she is critsized by the people in Sylvarant. Because she ran away from her duty as the Chosen. Colette is also called a traitor by a girl named Marta, because she supports Tethe'alla their enemies. It is revealed that she runs a charity organization to help the suffering people even though she is wanted, thus showing that she still cares about the world more than herself. Marta and her soon become close friends though, afte all the misunderstandings.

Cody had no problem navigating through a forest or jungle, but when it came to Penny she always seemed to get turned around. Yeah well easy for him, she didn't come from the down under like he did. Penny came from New York, a place with busy streets and cars. There were no trees, unless you went to the park. The only time she ever saw forest was when she was in the bayou, and when she was in fuedal japan. And she had still gotten lost, and even now she was wandering this jungle trying to find Cody. He had her cowgirl doll she had found in the ruins in his backpack, so she needed to catch up or find him. It was then she heard him yelling somewhere from within the bushes and trees, from which direction she was unsure.

When she called back out to him, Penny got no answer and frowned slightly. Typical, he was probably fluttering about acting like a animal or something. She finally came upon a small trail, and there she saw boot prints in the dirt. Bending down to get a closer look, she quickly stood up and took off in the direction of the prints. They led her to a wooden platform that seemed to lead up into what looked like treehouses or something, running up she quickly went to find Cody. As she came to one bridge she stopped to catch her breath, before running over to him. "I called and called, but you didn't answer me".

She then glanced to his hand, seeing the familiar little mouse. Penny could feel the smile going across her little lips, she never thought she would see Miss Bianca again. Especially not in a jungle, the little girl nodded in response to Miss Bianca's question about Cody. Yeah they have met, and ever since then have tryed to stick beside eachother like glue. "Uh huh, and we've known eachother for.......um.....quite awhile". They had met first in Fairy Tale Lane, and just now got reunited.

It was then Penny noticed Bernard was missing, this couldn't be right. He was always by Miss Bianca's side, no matter where they went. So how come he was missing, as she was about to ask the little mouse where he was. Cody had beaten her to the punch, and listened as Miss Bianca mentioned they had gotten seperated. "Bernard will find you, he's a tough little mouse. Just wait and see."
