Cere is her blade she had specifically forged for her to use, even though she is a mage and can use spells she would only use this blade if nessacary.

Yvaine:

Yvaine is her staff, it's shaped as a crescent moon with a long shaft. Made out of the finist metals known to the elves. dangling from the tip is a tear shaped clear blue gem. Forged from the tear of a dragon.
Powers:

Star Shower:

Star shower is a powerful arte that takes alot out of her so she rarely uses it. A circle appears underneath her as she raises her staff to the sky, shimmering blue stars rain down and injure the enemy causing quite abit of damage then vanish.

Phoenix Fire:

A orange circle appears under her as she twirls her staff in a circle, above her a Phoenix appears and dives down at the enemy giving alot of damage and disappears.

Water tower:

Water tower is a lesser spell which can summon a huge wall of water, it crashes into the enemy with such force and if lucky enough can wash them away.

Healing Halo:

If someone is injured, Aria uses this arte to heal their injuries. It basks them in a ray of light, and makes them feel warm and tingly.

Elven Melody:

This is an earth based attack, roots will come out of the ground and shoot towards the enemy binding them in place getting tighter and tighter if the person squirms too much even crush bones but she would never kill anyone unless they give reason or have done something to her or against her.

WISH UPON A STAR[/size]

History:

Aria was born on a warm spring day in Lumos, to a elven merchant and his wife who was a harp player. Her mother often made harps but she had a special one she always played at the festival, her father often delivered goods to the outside cities even though the chiefs didn't approve of it very much. Aria was also given a animal that looks like a cat and has wings, which she named Luti. At a young age Aria learned how to read different books and as she got older and the years dwindled by, she learned some spells to help her become a great protector of her village.

Aria studied under a great mage who often kept to himself, but he saw promise in her and taught her how to do two powerful spells. Star Shower and Phoenix Fire, though the first one took alot of energy out of her. 2000 years passed and she has kept to her duty of being a guardian of the crystal in Lumos, but has also gone and explored the other cities around. One day her father mysteriously disappeared this being when she was 1013 years old, her mother said he probably went missing at sea. So although she must protect the crystal along with many others, she also wants to find her father and bring him home.

Today she is still searching for him, telling the chiefs of her leave from the village. If there is ever a threat she told them she would return at once without hesitation, although they despise outsiders they agreed to let her leave telling her never to forget her roots or where she was from. Taking the next ship out with her guardian Luti, who can speak she travels around to find her father. Luti is her guardian and can change into a fierce big tiger like creature with purple eyes, she and Aria have also heard about the arrival of these strange people too.
