History:
Born in Koori to Jonathan and Maria Asad, soon after his birth however his father had been sick and his illness slowly took him around the same time Farran turned five. Thusly afterwards he lived with his mother, she was a sweet very warm hearted woman, and to make money to live on she rented out one of the extra rooms in her home, plus baked, feeling most the people of Koori with warm delicious baked goods, she sold them to stores and made enough money to take care of herself and her young child. Sometimes his mother would do out and gather fresh berries and things to bake with as well as take a stroll to his father’s grave and place flowers, sometimes her son went, sometimes he did not.
It had been a long day he didn’t see his mother, she was said to return after some time in the market and doing her usual errands, so the child waited for her without much worry, as the day drug on he began to become more worried, a knock at the door and the seven year old was happy to come running, however it wasn’t his mother that stood there but a guard of Koori, whom seemed surprised there wasn’t anyone else home just the young male. The guard was holding a piece of his mother’s dress soaked in blood, the guard set the child down and explained to him his mother had been killed.
For a while after this the child shut himself off to the world lonely, and alone, anger swelled within him the thought of monsters killing his mother plagued his young mind, he remained living in his home and renting the room out, he baked from his mother’s recipes though the first batch wasn’t so amazing, he pressed himself to keep trying finely until someone would buy them. At the age of fifteen he was baking and living here, uncaring to anyone whom would try to tell him otherwise. Around this time the monster population had grown very tick and attacks were becoming more often, though no one expected there to be an attack on the town, and when there was quite a few people were hurt if not worse. Going outside he refused to go home, though in the end helped drive the monsters away, from that day he began training himself with knives or anything else he could turn into a weapon as well as saving his money to get a real sword. A few of the guards even helped to cheer him on seeing his actions, as far as training.
Finely he went out to the spot his mother was killed what became the monster’s nest, sadly however he faltered and nearly died, however he awoke at someone’s home a man had found him and nursed him back to health , he looked over seeing blood on the man’s sword and soon after begged him to train him, at first the old warrior refused however the boy’s hard headedness seemed to prevail. And the man trained him. The training was like none other, eventually he had to stop cooking at home but still went back once a week to check on the people renting it, though sometimes cooked for his master when he wasn’t to worn out.
Finely around the age of seventeen his boy and mind had grown stronger but still had a ways to go, but also getting overconfident he wanted to go wipe out the monsters not only for his mother but for the people whom were dieing almost every day because of them. At nineteen his master refused to let him go fight, even though he had become an adult. In the end he ignored his master’s wishes and hurried off, once again he was met with more then he could handle this time though a harsher price when his master came to save him he almost paid with it with his life, however is master was not angry when they made it back to his hut. Merely he told him that he was proud however he couldn’t let his feelings blind him, but not to let them die either. His master barely made it, however he did.
He had made a terrible mistake that almost cost his master his life, after his master was well he was ready to leave him as punishment for disobeying, however his master told him to stay, and they returned to training.
Years later Farran had long since wiped out the den of monsters and become a fine young man, he takes jobs often to take care of the monsters that are being pests to people, and still seems to have a dislike for them one could say he has become a bit of a ‘monster hunter’ however he also tends to lean more towards being just a freelancer, visiting his master still when he needs someone with wisdom to talk to.
