I SING THIS LULLABY FOR YOU
Real Name: Secret!
Alias: Alexander Zephos
Age: 23
Canon or OC: OC
Which game are you from: N/A
Alliance:(Good or Bad): Chaotic Good
Weapons: Dual-Wields Jutte and carries multiple chains of varying length on his person at all times.
Powers:
- Passive Anti-Magic (Estelle version), Inability to cast or be affected by magic. Curative or otherwise. This ability extends to being able to dispel magical effects from a person or object by touching them. Exceptionally powerful magical enhancements will only be temporarily dampened instead of dispelling. This is actually the affect of a botched spell by the (former) Supreme Craymel of Death.
- Walking Blight: Alexander's body constantly emits a thin, black mist as one of the side effects from the curse placed on him. (See picture) This mist sucks mana from the air and living creatures, but not enough to cause a noticeable difference. Someone sensitive to the flow of mana would feel cold when exposed to the mist, but nothing else. Alexander actually 'feeds' off the mana gathered by this mist. Because of the curse, he is unable to eat food or drink water and has to obtain sustenance this way. He has a ring that inhibits this mist, but he doesn't usually wear it.
Occupation: Wandering Priest
WISH UPON A STAR[/size]
History: Blood. It filled Alexander's mouth, covered his clothes, and surrounded his body in a thick puddle. He had to fight to keep his eyes open, but he could only see out of the left one for some reason. Alex tried to pick himself off the ground but was far too wake and simply slumped back down. A single thought burned into his mind, "I failed..." but this thought confused him. What did he fail? What was he supposed to be doing? He knew it was something important, but every time he started to piece the answer together, the fragments of memory would fall apart, leaving him with nothing.
He brushed the mental fragments away and focused on a new sensation that was threatening to overwhelm him. "Cold...? Why is it so cold? I...I can't...feel...anything...I..."
Alexander shot out of bed, drenched in sweat. He had just started to collect himself when his childhood friend, Zephyr, entered the room. Zephyr told him that the Village Elder wanted to see them immediately, so he got dressed and left with Zephyr. The Elder told both Zephyr and Alex that a great darkness would soon be born into the world and that they should prepare themselves to journey across the land in search of the source. So, they were sent to complete their training...but they wouldn't get the chance.
The hidden village turned out to have not been hidden quite well enough and it was attacked. In the chaos, both the Elder had been slain with Zephyr, who had attempted to protect her. Alexander, however, went with some of the residents and tried to get them out safely. Just when they thought they were in the clear, a hail of arrows and magic crushed most of the survivors. When Alex turned to face the assailants, he caught a glimpse of a logo that looked like a smiling face...before there was a flash of metal and he found himself lying on the ground in a pool of blood...exactly as he'd dreamed happening a few days prior. And just as in his dream, there was noone to save him from the all consuming darkness...
"Hey, Kid. Wake the hell up." Alexander started to rise before something kicked him back to the ground, "How worthless can you humans be? I even sent you a vision of what would happen, and what do you do? You die anyway. In the EXACT same way I showed you." Alex tried to open his eyes, but found he could only open the left eye...not that there was much to see. There was only darkness in every direction, save for a small, glowing ball of light above him. Alex stared at it for a moment before asking, "W-What are you?" He was slammed back against the ground while a voice that came from inside of the ball shouted, "What, are you dense? I'm the Supreme Craymel of Death, Decay!"
Alex wasn't so sure, "Really?" The orb of light darkened and flew down, smacking Alex's forehead, "d**n STRAIGHT! Well...I mean, I was." Alex rubbed his forehead and frowned, "What does that mean?" Decay floated back a short ways, "Apparently the other Craymel's didn't like how I was taking care of business. It's MY job, d**n it. Who the hell are they to tell me how to do MY job, and strip my powers even?" Alex sat up and tried to touch his right eye...only to jerk his hand back when a lance of excruciating pain shot through his body. Decay turned away from Alex and sighed, "Wonderful. I got stuck with a real winner here."
Alex didn't know how to respond to that, so he remained silent. Decay floated around for a while before moving back in front of Alex, "Hey, tell you what. How about you give me your body, and I bring you back to life? That's a fair deal, right?" Alex shook his head, "I rather like my body...and wouldn't I need it if I was revived?" Decay's orb turned red and started shaking, "Look, you little brat. You can either agree and we go on our merry way, or you can sit here forever, and I can just wait until the next person dies and get them to do it." Alex refused. Decay asked again, and Alex refused once more. This went on for years, until Decay finally broke down when he realized his powers had been reduced to the point to where if he waited much longer, he wouldn't be able to revive Alex's body regardless of which soul was inhabiting it. Decay admitted that while the only reason he was there was because Alex had been the first one to die when his position was revoked, that also meant that he was unable to leave Alex's 'space' with his current level of power. So the new deal was, Decay merely got to inhabit Alexander's body while Alexander remained in control. However, the catch was that Alex must be subjected to a curse where his body would drain the mana out of magic. Any magic, including curative magics. Decay explained that he would meld with Alex's spirit, so any mana that Alex absorbed would in turn be absorbed by Decay. The idea was that Alex would eventually absorb enough mana to restore Decay's powers to what they were before so that he could once again join the ranks of the Craymel's, by force if needed.

Fears: That an immortal force takes over Suiren. Even if a single person were to conquer the world, they would die and the world would eventually split back into various nations. But if something that were undying were to take over, that control might never end...
