~Come what May, I will always be myself~
Something felt odd, and not quite right to her. The warmth that had been around her before was now gone, and all she felt was coldness against her body. More her cheek than anything though, slowly she began to open her deep blue eyes to see where she could have ended up. As her eyes tryed to focus from being a little blurry, Colette had to close them once more to try again. And upon opening them once more the sight that met her gaze was one of suprise and shock, before she pushed herself up into a sitting position. Rubbing her cheek to get warmth back into it, the blond had to take a few breaths to calm down her scared heart. This wasn't home, it was far too cold to Iselia.
So just where was she, and how did she come to be here. Standing up she frowned lightly, had she just appeared here. And as she exhaled her breath again, she could see it out in front of her and quickly wrapped her arms around herself. "Brrrr....s...s...so cold, Lloyd....Genis.....anyone". This wasn't good, not good at all. Shivering abit, Colette knew she couldn't just stand in one spot otherwise she'll be a frozen angel popsicle. Even though she was no longer the chosen, and was now eighteen she was still an angel. So many things had happened back home, but at least she could help everyone and even the new friends she had made like Marta and Emil. Among others as well.
Stepping foreward she walked over to where the thick ice ended, and water could be seen flowing down a canal. Maybe if she followed it she could find someone who could tell her where she was, and could point her in the direction on how to get home. Now the easy way might be to fly but her wings could freeze in the frigid cold, and not knowing how long she has been conked out she might have already gotten sick. "Alright gotta think positive, I need to find someone and ask them what the heck is going on".
Determined she began to walk straight ahead, following the canal. Hopefully there was somewhere warm she could stay, and sleep since night has fallen. Stopping for a sec she glanced up to th sky, looking to the stars as one shoots by. Folding her hands together, a sad look on her features she makes a wish for everyone's safety. And hope she will see them again soon, especially Lloyd than carries on. Colette stopped once more as she began to cough lightly, oh just her luck. Why did she have to get stuck in a frozen city, why not somewhere warm.

Unfortunately Jade had as well been wished away to this other dimension, or at least it was best to assume this wasn’t part of the northern most continent. Of course it was also a thought that occurred to him that he maybe dreaming. Sitting up he focused on himself first every part of his body seemed to be there, and working. He gently rubbed his eyes then pushed his glasses a bit up his nose and looked around. “Well perhaps if I wasn’t dressed in such a color I would have mistaken myself having gone color blind” he shook his head and rested a hand under his chin for a moment.
He finely stood and dusted some of this snow off much like white powder, snow, something he was well accustomed to, perhaps it had something to do with here he grew up for part of his life, or maybe the others were right and he had a special uniform…..
Ah yes the others, even though they managed to poke at his nerves on occasions he did hope nothing ill came to them. “now then, to figure out where this place is.” he glanced around, well he could make out a few objects here and there but none told him exactly where he was. How bothersome. After a while of walking He spotted the canal and shrugged almost ‘playfully’. “well... be I on the end with nothing. The other end has to lead somewhere.” he stated mentally shrugging off, because it could be an obvious trap.
Walking with little care though more curious then fear the Colonel didn’t let himself feel such pitiful emotions like ‘fear’. when he heard something ahead of him his crimson eyes scanned the surrounding area closest to him, nothing. He kept walking, finely able to make out the sound as someone coughing. It appeared to be a young woman blond haired. He couldn’t tell if she were an inhabitant of this world or not, though her manner of dressing wasn’t something to strange it would have fit alright in his own world, however something about her felt like it didn’t quite belong here.
Perhaps he had nothing better to do, or considered just being kind for one of the few times in his life. “Nasty weather we are having, one with a cold shouldn’t be out here in it, M’lady.”

~Come what May, I will always be myself~
Of all places to be brought, it just had to be somewhere so cold. She wasn't complaining oh no, but she just wished that it was a little warmer. Thinking back a few years ago when she was becoming an angel, and had lost her human senses this weather never bothered her since she couldn't feel it. That was the past though and this was the present, she had come such a long way from that incident of being the chosen and on top of that had gotten to have alot of new friends. As she walked along the icy path, Colette glanced up to the night sky once in awhile. What if she sang, would her friends hear her that way if any of them were near. She could always try right, but as soon as she opened her mouth a cough came out. First thing was to get warm, than she could try and sing. And with that she continued to follow the canal, looking up to see a bridge overhead. Everything made out of ice, the buildings and bridges. So crafted and beautiful.
She continued to follow the canal, before stopping. Quickly turning around at the sound of a voice, seeing the man that stood just behind her still a fair distance away. Colette had never seen him before, at least not around Sylvarant or Tethe'alla. So he must be like her, from another world and brought here. Letting a small blush creep to her cheeks, she put a hand to her mouth. He had heard her cough, she didn't even know if anyone was around. Letting her hand go back to her side, she also wondered why she hadn't sensed him coming up behind her. After all she was still an angel and had all the senses of one, maybe it was because she had been preoccupied with this place. Even so, that was no excuse.
"The weather actually seems calm, and I don't really have a cold". She didn't, she was just coughing that's all. Than again she doesn't really know how long she was laying on the cold ground, so just maybe she might have a cold. She had been sick before, lot's of times so it was not new to her if she did in fact have a cold. Except she always had Lloyd and Genis there to take care of her, and they were no where to be seen. So if she was sick who would take care of her, Colette had no idea who this man was and had no idea what sort of people lived in this frigid cold city. Coughing lightly once more, she tryed to put a smile on to hide any hint she might be sick.
This man seemed quite nice, even called her M'Lady. That part she could live without, and she would point that out to him. "Oh please no need to call me M'Lady, just call me Colette. And your name is....?". Rubbing her arms lightly, she tryed to keep warm even though she was wearing a few layers of clothing.

Jade resisted a faint smile and watched the young woman as he walked closer towards her not a cold then? He mentally shrugged. “how ever the weather the climate is still rather cool, judging by this I would say we have crash landed north because the air is still rather easy on our lungs I wouldn’t assume we are just high up instead.” he stated he thought it was an educated guess unless the laws he came to understand didn’t apply to this world they his guess was as good as any, no?
He watched her she seemed to be rather calm about the strange man approaching her as well as she introduced herself next. “’Colette’, I cannot say I have ever heard that name before its unique.” he stated then chuckled. “in a good way.” “I am Colonel Jade Curtiss of the Malkuth’s empire third division.” he took a slight bow it seemed polite enough, he honestly awaited her reaction to his saying that he was from ‘Malkuth’ in turn this would tell him if she was from his world or not, and perhaps if she was from here or not though he’d already assumed she wasn’t.
“I would assume it would be the best guess to say that you recently awoke here as well from some place, that well, couldn’t be mistaken for here.” he stated calmly and folded his arms pushing his glasses up with his index finger. “thusly not knowing where you are headed, like myself in need of perhaps some shelter and information.” he stated calmly. "Mind if I Escort you? Though we both not know where we are headed its best not to travel alone”

~Come what May, I will always be myself~
Colette knew she had a cold, but the thing about her is that she never wanted to worry anyone. Especially someone she just met, and after she get's some food and becomes warm she would be feeling better in no time. And although she was older she still had her flaws about her, one being she was very trusting and another being she was still quite the klutz. And that was what made Colette herself, just thinking of it made her stick her tongue out a little before putting it back in her mouth. She blinked as he came closer to her, yet she didn't shy away from him nor did she step back. He didn't seem hostile nor did he seem dangerous, and this time her angel senses were on high alert. If he posed a threat she would know, of course sometimes it didn't always work yet another flaw. And since she just met this person, she wouldn't reveal what she really was either.
As he spoke, she listened to every word that escaped his lips. "That's what I was thinking as well, if it was really really cold we wouldn't just stand here and talk *cough*". There was cold, and than there was really really cold where you wouldn't be able to step outside unless you were bundled up in warm clothing. Colette kept a smile on her lips and stayed rather calm, back home she was so used to helping strangers and such that she barely had a reason to feel uncomfortable around anyone. That didn't mean she wasn't always on her guard though, even she wasn't that stupid to just put %100 trust in someone. When he called her M'Lady she instantly blushed, not even she deserved such a title like that. So she introduced herself as Colette, and asked what his name was. And so came his reply.
"Colonel Jade Curtiss, oh my such an important person. Oops i'm sorry, should I curtsy." He bowed after introducing herself, so being polite she gave a small curtsy to show respect. Than listened as he mentioned on where he came from, Malkuth she had never even heard of such a place. "I've never heard of Malkuth, hmmm so I guess your not from here". Just as she thought, he was just like her. Someone who had been pulled from their world and brought to this one, wherever this one was. Colette gave a harsh cough frowning lightly, she really needed to find somewhere warm. Hearing Jade speak once more, she gave a nod in response to his next question of waking up recently.
And she had no idea where she was heading, she was just following the canal hoping to find shelter. So far place she has passed have all been dark inside, assuming that people are sleeping. When he offered to escort her through this place, and also to find some shelter and information Colette accepted. "Thank you very much, it's kind of you to escort me around here. Now we won't both feel so alone".

Jade gave a polite nod observing her a bit she seemed nothing more then a sweet young woman, lost, but innocent. Of course Jade more then anyone knew looks could be deceiving. His guard was always up, like a mental barrier however he was so good at hiding it always seemed relaxed in his own skin. “I am afraid the cold doesn’t bother me so.” he pondered about it, maybe it was because he himself was so cold? This drew a slightly humored smile across his lips for just a second. Before he shook his head at the thought.
Jade’s attention turned back to her as she said he was an important person? Hmm maybe he was? wasn’t sure he could argue. He waved his hand dismissing it. “no need and please just call me ‘Jade’ I am not working, and my family name, well it just strikes me as non-friendly.” he stated calmly then pondered something he’d said like that to someone else before he ended up stuck with them longer then he’d ever guess he would be. His eyes were still upon the woman but quickly he relaxed and turned his gaze away he didn’t want to make her feel odd, apparently Jade had that effect on people at times. Regardless she did curtsy and he couldn’t help but nod once again politely. “you don’t need to bother yourself with such formalities.” he stated trying to sound almost kind.
“Afraid I am not, then, nor are you. Which brings my mind to ponder what this world might be like, a new adventure if you must, however I am more interested in how we got here rather then where, I am far to old to be being kidnapped” he smirked and folded his arms behind his back. Ah yes to bad he didn’t have a heating coat to give her, despite common theory.
Jade nodded once again escorting her wasn’t really the highlight of his day but he felt it to be no problem if they were going to the same places, though he wouldn’t want to admit that if something happened to her he might feel a bit badly for just leaving a confused woman to fend for herself in the icy region. Ah maybe Jade was just growing soft in his old age…. This thought along brought his hand to his eyebrow and rubbed his temple. Beside he drew in a deep breath despite the cool air. He also wouldn’t feel alone, however he swatted meaningless thoughts away now and nodded. “indeed” he stated at least he had something to do, besides it wasn’t every day you got to observe someone from another world.
The Malkuth Colonel was perhaps more in his element it was truly hard to say, he shared little with others. He walked ahead if they kept moving too it would help the blood in their bodies to keep circulating as well. Snow and ice. Snow and ice. This was either some kind of summoning, or they were kidnapped from their beds and this was some kind of trap, and the idea was they would end up freezing to death perhaps wrapped together trying to preserve their last tiny bits of body heat. Though this thought may had been depressing. As why he didn’t say it aloud perhaps. He always considered the possible outcomes to this, accidental, a trap, or thought he highly doubted it, there could be a welcoming party somewhere nearby. Though by now if nothing else his glasses were getting slightly cold to his face, as he gave them another push upwards, as they walked, and he of course being the gentlemen he is would occasionally slow his pace of glance back towards her.

~Come what May, I will always be myself~
Oh the cold didn't bother him, guess he was just one of those people used to it already. Or maybe he was already so cold, that he simply didn't want to imply he was. Ouch okay that was hurting her poor head just trying to figure all that out. So she would just let it go and not bring up the issue anymore, after all she was cold already and after waking up on the cold ice she just wanted to find somewhere warm to get inside. When he had finally introduced himself she instantly reacted to him as an important person, and naturally she gave a curtsy. Though he just seemed to wave his hand dismissivly. "I'm sorry, it's just a habit to react that way". Hopefully he didn't find her too odd, or something. Colette just had that effect on people sometimes, and gosh darn it she had promised to stop saying sorry all the time. That was another habit she has had her whole life, Lloyd told her to stop being sorry all the time for simply little things.
Lloyd, oh how she missed him. Was he doing alright, and what about the others. Were they okay, were they hurt.....Colette knew nothing of this world she had been brought to. And had no idea if any of the inhabitants would be cruel, or capture her friends. Though she was quickly snapped out of her thoughts by Jade's voice, she caught the part of where he told her to just call him by his name. That was fine, as long as he called her by her name she had no problem. "Alright Jade, it's very nice to meet you". Wait he had mentioned where he was from, so she would tell him which world she came from. "I forgot to mention, i'm from Sylvarant. I was the former chosen from there, until I helped merge Sylvarant and Tethe'alla". Oops she was rambling again, and of course he had no idea what she was talking about.
She quickly turned her face away feeling embarassed, but turned back to look at him when he mentioned this world. Oh yes she had pondered that as well, they were both from different worlds and this was a new one just waiting with new adventures. "I would like to know how we got here as well, who would have enough power to bring us to this world and why". Surely they had a purpose for just taking them away from their homes right, and as soon as they find someone they were going to get answers. Keeping her gaze on Jade, she noticed him rub his temple but didn't say anything and glanced away to the side then to the ground. She simply let the smile stay on her lips, as one word rang to her ears. 'Indeed'. So did he feel the same way as her, knowing they won't be alone.
Seeing him walk ahead, Colette quickly followed after him trying not to trip. She didn't want to show her klutzy side to Jade, she had no idea if he would laugh at her or leave her. Colette didn't like the idea of being taken from her home, at least not like this. And she didn't want to freeze to death in this city when she hasn't even had a chance to ask who lives here, or given a reason as to why they were brought here. Could it be someone's idea of a joke, or a trap. Trying to keep her pace with Jade's, her eyes simply gazed around from time to time to see if she could find somewhere that was welcoming. An inn, even an empty house.....anything.

It was like a dream....well, more like a nightmare. Rita was sleeping in hut where Aspio use to be. She was trying to find a way to harness the power of mana. In her dream, everything was covered in fire. The world was engulfed in flames and screams could be heard in every direction. It was a true nightmare.
Rita was running toward Castle Zaphias. She saw all her friends and tried her best to get to them. The road began to stretch longer and longer. Soon, they were gone. Rita stopped and began to yell. Her emotions were pouring out and than, a hole opened under her. As she fell into the blackness, she let out a scream.
Rita jolted up, screaming like she had never screamed before. She was covered in a cold sweat. Her vision was blurry at first but soon it all cleared. Rita wasn't in her hut, she was floating on a piece of lumber in the middle of the canal. How? How did she get there and what was this place? It was all new to her. To her left, a group of people on a boat slowly made their way to the Mage. They picked her up and brought her to the mainland. They asked her the most basic of questions, who are you, what were you doing, and where are your parents. Rita told them that she had to go and rushed out into the street.
While running down the street, she took in her surroundings. Where was she? Without any warning, Rita slipped and fell on a thin sheet of ice. While laying on her back, laughter from a middle aged man filled her ears. He was built, his face covered with hair, and everyone seemed to be scared of him. Rita slowly got up and brushed herself off. The man kept laughing and began to make jokes about her. Now, everyone on Terca Lumireis knewn that if you ever made fun a Rita Mordio, you were going to get 'burned'.
"SHUT UP!!!" Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at Rita. The man slowly walked over to Rita and began to call her short and what not, trying to make himself seem tough. "You know what, I'm not even going to deal with this, not from a pig like you!!" As she started to walk off, the man found a picture of her and everyone she traveled with. He yelled at her and as she turned around and saw what he had, Rita's eyes grew in size.
The man ripped it half and allowed it to fly away in the wind. Right then and there, he was going to pay. A vein on her forehead began to twitch, her fists were so tightly clenched, they were bleeding. The man began to laugh and walked over to her. Bad choice, bad choice in deed. Rita quickly punched the man in the gut and kicked him into the snow behind him. "Do you think it's funny to laugh at a person who lost their friends or at least doesn't know where they are at! You wouldn't know that because your such an idiot that you don't have a high enough I.Q. to understand! Idiots like you should go and crawl under a rock and leave everyone alone!" Rita yelled, meaning everything she said.
The man, stupid enough kept on and said something that pissed Rita off. The Idiot said, "I hope those friends of yours are dead, you tramp." That's it, Rita snapped. Her body was began to glow red as mana jolted around her. "Your dead!!" As those words left her mouth, a swarm of fire ball appeared and flew towards the man. The explosion sent the man flying into the air and into the canal. Everyone just watched as Rita stormed off. She was all alone and no one knew how she felt. Rita was felt alone in this new world.

A slight smile creased his lips he didn’t really mean to make her feel so odd about addressing him as such, and gave a simple wave of his hand as well. Walking in silence, other then the occasional sound of the wind Jade kept his since aware of anything incase there were monsters or maybe even hostile people. However he slowed his pace a moment and crimson eyes turned to gaze back upon this young woman, in an almost shown curiosity. Sylvarant……….Chosen …….Tethe'alla. Well at least he knew that ‘merge’ meant, and it was safe to assume those were names of places, so the ‘chosen’ would be… “I am afraid we truly are from other worlds, are you some sort of Queen or Princess then, perhaps I should be the one to bow more?” he asked his voice was calm though it was hard to tell if he was being serious of teasing really…
She looked away from him quickly, ah yes just that effect he had on people. He turned to walk again maybe his gaze upon something else would make her more comfortable of course she seemed slightly unsure about him, or maybe herself, it was hard to say, though he didn’t truly mind it, she hadn’t proven herself to be obnoxious or anything of the sort. Yet.
Jade stretched his arms a bit in front of him. “yes though that lightly worries me the danger that lurks, if the powers are approximately the same as my own world’s powers, higher or lower, though I am not worried about my abilities it is the fighting, ah so bothersome, are you able to fight if worse comes to play out?” he asked. He could fight and would no problem but wasn’t sure he could fight at his best and cast, and protect her, ah that would be so bothersome..
He slowed his pace just slightly so she could keep up she seemed rather worried unlike he whom at least appeared so calm. “so from worlds away I am surprised to learn we speak the same language, or at least well enough many questions are plaguing my mind, since quite some time, perhaps when it is less-cold out we should tell one another about our worlds.”
“hmm?” Jade glanced up at the sound of……….screaming? Ah at this distance it almost reminded him of someone. Just as sweet. However Jade smiled and then took a few steps back and pulled his arm around Colette’s shoulders and pulled her back gently with him, as a man landed in front of them. “well then I would say the people’s power level here, at least from the common folk is the same, though I do wonder about their tempers” he smiled as he stepped around the person he knew wasn’t dead so let them lay there, assuming he’d done something wrong, or at least stupid to deserve it. “oh look dear Colette I found the town.”

~Come what May, I will always be myself~
As they made their way along the canal, there seemed to be silence between them. She hoped she hadn't done anything to make him mad at her, or feel akward. The only thing that made any sound was the wind and that couldn't really speak, but as she explained where she had come from the silence had been broken. When he asked if she was some sort of Queen, Colette quickly stopped dead in her tracks and held her hands up. "A Queen, oh no no I am no Queen". What had given him that idea, oh wait she had mentioned she was the chosen in her world and must think she was talking about royalty. Now she felt really embarassed and knew she should have explained it further on what a chosen really was. But that meant telling him what she was, and since she just met him would he even believe her. Turning her face away from him, Colette tryed to make her somewhat red face go back to normal before even attempting to look back at Jade.
When she thought it was normal enough, Colette turned back to Jade seeing him starting to walk once more. Except his gaze was on something else, not her anymore. Guess to not make her feel odd, shrugging lightly she continued to follow him. She wanted to keep a cool head about her and not be to annoying or bug him about things, just a stab in the dark but maybe he didn't like those kind of people. As he started to speak again her face lit up like a christmas tree, as she took out two chakrams and showed them to him. "Yup I can fight, and I can use my artes as well to defend myself". She could also use her angel powers but only if the enemy was powerful or something she couldn't defeat. There had to be monsters lurking in this new world, and although she hasn't seen any yet that didn't mean she wouldn't.
Jade didn't have to worry about protecting her, she was more than capable of doing that herself. Her once cheerful smile had disppeared and a small frown had replaced it, worry began to creep over her. What if she never saw Lloyd or her friends again and what if they could never get home, what would they do and how would they cope in this new world. Seeing him slow his pace, the smile slowly came back to her lips as she tilted her head to the left and nodded. "Why wouldn't we speak the same language, although we're from different worlds doesn't mean we speak any different. And I would love to hear more about your world, and I can tell you more about mine". When they found somewhere warm to settle down into for the night.
"Huh....". Was all that escaped her lips, as she also heard the sound of screaming. Feeling Jade put his arm around her shoulder, she was a little surprised when he pulled her back gently just as a man had landed right in front of them. Her first instinct was to rush over and see if he was okay and ask if he needed help, though in this case it looked like he might have made someone very angry and deserved this. Stepping around the man, she beamed seeing the town. Finally they could find somewhere to get warmed up, but the question on this angel's mind was......who had hurt that man and where were they now. "Hey Jade, someone nearby has strong artes and did something to that man".

Rita ran as fast as she could. Her legs began to hurt and her face was red from the icy wind nipping at her cheeks. Rita was going through a lot, that man had brought up things that Rita had pushed aside. The worry and fear of her closest friends.
Before Rita could do anything, she ran into something or someone. She fell to the ground and began to rub her head. What in the hell did she hit?! Rita opened her eyes and looked up. She had ran into a group of people. Now, in Rita's head the gears began to turn. A man, everyone who was scared of, a group of people stopping her, and now she was alone. Only one word popped in her mind, A Gang.
Rita quickly got up and ran toward a wide space. Somewhere if something does happen, Rita would have room to cast and no one would get hurt. Well, it turns out that this open space was the entrance to the town. Rita known that those guys were behind her, chasing her. Rita dealt with people like that back on Terca Lumireis. The Blood Alliance was this gang. They posed as a guild and did mine horrible things but Rita and her friends stop their evil plans.
Rita came to a stop once she was outside the town. As she turned around, the group was right behind her. "So, you think you can take me on after I blasted that man into the canal? Please, do you know who your dealing with?! I'm the Great Mage of Aspio and YOUR worst nightmare!!" The group looked at one another and began to laugh. Well, it was time to show this idiots what they were dealing with. Now, Rita gave up her Blastia in order to save her world but she had found a wave to use mana to cast magic. She didn't prefect it but it was time to test her abilities.
She took a stance and whipped out her scroll. Rita spun in a circle on her left heel. Her elegant movement seemed as if she was dancing. The scroll circled around her. When she came to a stop, the scroll rolled itself up and sled into her pocket. Rita than stood in a stance with right hand in front of her with two fingers pointing up as her left hand was sideways.
The party was about to begin. "I, who stand in the full light of the heavens, command thee, who opens the gates of hell..." The sky turned black as storm cloud filled the sky. Lighting began to jolt around causing thunder to fill the groups' ears. An arcane spell seal appeared under the gang as they stood there is amazement. Come forth, divine lightning! As soon as those words escaped her mouth, the seal tripled in size as three magic circles appeared above them. Pure purple mana twisted out of the seal and into the clouds above. It was took late to run. This ends now! Indignation!!" In seconds, a massive lightning bolt jolted down from the heavens above and crashed into the ground. It caused an explosion the sent those men, like the other one before, into the sky and into the canal.
Rita threw off her aim to not kill them but to show them that she wasn't scared to go all out. Well, they did deserve it but she didn't want to clean up the mess afterward. Rita fell onto her knees as she began to breath heavily. She had never casted that powerful of a spell with just mana before. It took a lot out of her. But, she would be ok. Rita just needed a second or so....maybe a minute or more to catch her breath.

While they were still walking when Jade nodded faintly as she said she wasn’t a Queen, honestly he wasn’t sure what a ‘chosen’ would be besides royalty or. “Someone Special” he stated with a simple tone. “and that you are.” he stated wait was that a compliment? Well she better enjoy it while it lasted, unless he was being rude. Hmm. He tuned his gaze back upon her again and watched her closely. “Fonic artes?” he asked. “by using Fonons as well? Maybe our powers aren’t that different after all and here I was getting my hopes up” he teased. Though he was a bit curious that was no lie. “either way that is good to hear that if you ended up in a predicament you could protect yourself” he nodded.
“Indeed” he spoke softly. “no, I just find it amusing that we would, after all people from other countries often speak other languages, so I figured it safe to assume that other words would be even more vast. Or perhaps whatever power brought us here gifted us with the unique ability to communicate and has taken down all language barriers, so we may be speaking in any language at all and not be able to tell” he stated and waved his hand, he had a point perhaps, or maybe he was over thinking it? Hopefully he hadn’t ‘lost’ her yet.
Now the man landed at their feet he could tell she was surprised he held her that moment and expected her to check on the man but smirked and merely pushed his glasses up as she stepped around him she seemed happy to see civilization again that was for sure, and indeed he was a bit as well. He glanced around before his attention was drawn back to her and smirked. “perhaps so. Though flying men is something common in my world, of course they normally use chairs” he stated casually knowing this would confuse or at least surprise her in some way, though at least he wasn’t lying even if he was trying to tease her.
He paused looking up a smile creased his lips. “a hot temper and a very familiar spell.” he mumbled then sighed he darted over towards Colette, “ah please pardon me darling we want to move.” he smiled and pulled an arm around her waist and darted and jumped out of the way as a few more rain down near them, he landed at a safe distance and carefully let her go, and smirked for an ‘old man’ he still had it…….. He watched the man land, ah yes they would be sore in the morning that was for sure, as if they weren’t feeling it enough right now, though he could tell right away that the men weren’t hit directly. But he was curious as to who’s spell was more powerful.
He nodded firmly to Colette, chuckled and spoke. “I apologize for man-handling you” before starting to walk towards the ‘cause’ of the man-rain, and saw a young girl sitting on her knees, he thought it safe to assume she was the caster, he would use a healing spell only he couldn’t, to bad. He folded his arms calmly behind his back walking towards the girl keeping his demeanor rather calm as not to alarm her somehow, before he held out a hand, to help her up, nothing anymore simple.

~Come what May, I will always be myself~
Oh just how can she explain to him what a chosen was, if she was back home everyone knew she was an angel. But this wasn't home, and Jade was still somewhat a stranger. You can't just come straight out and say, oh i'm an angel and have keen senses about things and also can fly. But Jade said someone special, and that she was. A hint of shock could be seen on her face, he gave her a compliment and was being sweet to her. But something inside her told her not to get used to it and that it might just be a faize which Jade was going through. When she mentioned her artes and showed her weapons, Colette gave Jade a confused look. Fonic artes, what were those. And Fonons, now he wasn't making any sense to her. She used mystic artes and angel powers. "I don't know what Fonic artes are, I use mystic artes and base artes. Also ang.....er other artes". Oh boy she had almost let slip about her angel powers, bah bite your tongue Colette.
If she looked at it, their powers weren't that different from eachother. But that has yet to be seen, since she hasn't actually seen what Jade can do. Nodding to his comment about protecting herself she put her weapons away. If they ever came across some monsters she would put her artes to work and show him just how much she can fight, this was one girl that was not gonna be a damsel in distress. When he started to go on about the language barriers she scratched her head in confusion, so just what was he saying. That if whatever power brought them here hadn't effected the barriers of speech then she wouldn't understand a word he was saying. This was starting to give her poor little mind a headache. So she just nodded in response as to what he said.
What happened next both shocked and surprised her at the same time, a man had come flying from somewhere and landed right at their feet. She of course was pulled back gently by Jade, and although she wanted to help this person she sensed that he was a slightly bad person and instead stepped around him when Jade did. The blond couldn't help but giggle at what the man said about flying men in chairs. "Do all men fly in chairs where you are from?". Colette then picked up something nearby it was close, someone was using artes here and they seemed quite powerful. "You know this spe.....". Before she could finish, Jade mentioned something about moving and put his arm around her waist. Colette let out a squeak as more men seemed to suddenly rain from the sky landing in the spot where they just were, and when they were at a safe distance she was gently let go.
Man-handled, that was putting it a little bluntly but at least he apologized. "No no, it was actually fun. Though a small warning would be nice next time". She would have to tell Lloyd and the others about this guy when she finally found them, leaving out a few minor details. Colette slowly followed after Jade, peeking around him to see a girl on her knees. So had she been the one who made all those men fly towards the canal, just as she had sensed this girl held powerful artes inside her but she seemed quite worn out. "Hey are you okay, that was pretty impressive what you did. Though i'm sure those men are going to be sore for quite awhile".

~ ~ "You never had a chance! Not even one percent!" Rita was trying her best to catch her breath. It had been only a couple of months since the day the world was saved. Rita had found a way to vast magic again but it was much harder than using a blastia. Mana was is so pure of an energy that the slightest miss calculation can send you to your grave. Rita hoped that wasn't her case.
The Mage felt empty inside. She was on a new world, no signs of her friends, and she knew her limits and could do nothing about it. Rita was about to give up on herself, when something flew and landed in front of her. It was the torn picture of her friends. Slowly, the Mage picked it up and held on to it tightly. Maybe, just maybe they were ok. Maybe they were in the same position she was in. Rita placed the torn photo in her pocket and let out a sigh.
Rita didn't even notice that a man was walking toward her. When she looked up, he was holding his hand out to help her up. Rita slowly reached up and grip his hand as she stood up. The Mage was still a little weak but able to stand now. "Thank you...."
Rita said weakly. She looked at the man and blinked a bit. From all the people that she had seen today, he was different for some reason. Before Rita could make a comment, a voice cut her off. She looked at the girl that had just walked up to the two. Like the man, something was different with her as well. Then, something caught her eye. Her eyes widened and she was speechless. Was that....no it couldn't be...But how? Was that a Bohdi Blastia around her neck. Now, the old Rita kicked in. She walked over to the new girl and began to look at the strange neck piece of hers. It looked like a Blastia. It had the model and the core but it seemed...different. Did it lack a formula? Was it unable to function correctly due to maybe the lack of Aer on this world? So many questions... "You, girl. What is that around your neck? Is it a Blastia. If so, where did you get it and why does it look so different from the models I've seen? What's with the core? Why does it lack an inscribed formula? Could it be the unfinished Rizamuda Formula? No, it couldn't be, that formula was the Child of the Full Moon's power. But it looks like a Bohdi Blastia..." Rita crossed her arms and placed her hand over her chin. How strange, all known blastia were turned into spirits but how could she have one?[/blockquote]

Jade chuckled as she said she didn’t know what Fonic artes were, so assuming she didn’t understand the rest he just gave simple nod. “then perhaps not” he smirked then smiled as she addressed his other comment. “oh no dear, not all, mostly the kind imbecilic in nature. Namely it usually ends terribly for them.” he waved a hand as if it was nothing, as well he noticed in her speech earlier: Also ang.....er other artes leave it to Jade to notice something so minimal but she was going to say something else, he simply didn’t comment on it however.
She was going to say something to him when he grabbed her and moved them out of range of the ‘man-rain’ that poured from the sky. “to bad I didn’t pack an umbrella” he muttered and fixed his glasses upon letting her go. He smirked faintly at her comment. “though better then being squished I hope” he smirked. As he walk towards the young girl, he also heard her words, the one in front of him seemed alright, she seemed however tired from casting the spell.
She thanked him and he helped her to his feet she seemed a bit distraught however as Colette spoke the girl seemed to turn her attention away from Jade and into her. The girl ran over to Colette and began asking one question after the next. Jade smirked and razed a brow, amusing indeed. He fixed his glasses and sucked in a deep breath and gave a faint sigh. “my so much energy after such a powerful spell, I am unsure I have met to many people to do that” he paused watching her. “ah yes, by the way I am to assume you are not from here as well?” he asked he didn’t care much for what she was going on about how could he? He merely needed information concerning their current ‘problem’.
