Weapons: Unarmed mainly, sometimes uses the Swordian Dimlos; the sheathe is worn on his chain behind him, the hilt in reach of his right arm.
Appearance: He stands at 161 Cm, and weighs 52 Kg. His body structure is small but toned, and possesses 'one' distinguishing mark. During one fight, Ryuusei wrapped the Mithril Chain he wears as a 'belt' around his right arm. And used it as a conductor to boost his Raijinken. The attack did the job, but burned his arm severely. Luckily, his healing ability restored function to it. However, the skin is permanently 'white'... which really doesn't look that different from his normal tone. The burn left several red marks from some of the chain's links... And no he is NOT a masochist! His hair is Greenish-brown that he cuts himself, giving it the 'unkempt' look. And lastly, his eyes are bright green.
His fashion sense is.... utter crap. He pretty much lives in a tattered red T-shirt with "RYUUSEI 765" written on the front, and a large "T" on the back. A pair of dark green and light brown patterned camo pants. The aforementioned Mithril Chain Belt that he stole from some ship yard, and finally a pair of lace-less black sneakers. Sometimes he wears a dark green tank top with a bright red star sewn into the back with a stylized 'R-F' cut out of the material and matching green cargo pants.
Powers: Healing Factor - An ability created by his 'Original Self' to automatically tap into his well of Ki to accelerate recovery. For most of the Seishin's life he was unaware of it, but it helped him recover from the brutal beatings he received as a kid. When he 'did' become aware; he learned to channel more Ki to heal an injury even faster. (Such as restore function to his right arm after burning it by wrapping the Mithril Chain he wears as a belt around it to augment his Raijinken. The arm is still scarred with 'red marks' left behind from the chain's links.)
Time-Space Travel - Like the other children of the Kami Fortuna, he can traverse Time and Space with the help of a large amount of Lens Energy which is why he carries the 'S-D' with him as the Swordian's Core Crystal is powerful enough to make the leap. Once used, it takes about a week to 'recharge'. If separated from the Swordian, he's SOL until he gets it back.
Jutsu-Waza List:
Wind:
Souhajin - A basic green projectile; the Seishin's mastery of it allows him to fire it as either an arrow-shaped 'blade' or a sphere with concussive force. When used with a sword, it mainly comes out in the 'blade' form.
Souhatsuiren - Fire off 2 Souhajin at once, one from each hand; by firing them 'into' one another, they burst and create a 'wave' of gale-force wind.
Sougajin - Since he doesn't rely on a sword, Ryuusei doesn't use this as much for offense. Instead he focuses the wind Chi into his hand then strikes the ground. He can use this to launch himself high into the air, to break obstacles/dig or force the air back to the surface creating an 'air screen' for defense.
Zetsu'ei - A high-speed diving attack within a vortex.
Setsuna - By focusing wind chi, the Seishin can move up to 5 meters ahead or into the air as a green blur. Works for travel and to close the gap between him and an enemy; when coming out of it into an attack it adds extra force behind the attack. (I've changed an attack to something that acts like Aiming Step/Aerial Aiming Step.)
Lightning:
Raijinken - A normal punch, slash or thrust infused with lightning Chi.
Hienraikyaku - Similar to Raijinken, but as a one-legged aerial spin-kick.
Houraisatsu - Another dive attack, but not as fast as Zetsu'ei. When Ryuusei strikes the ground, he releases the lightning Chi in a dome around him. When used with a sword; a second dome can be made if thrust into the ground soon after the first.
Hybrid:
Fuuraijinken (Wind/Lightning) - Raijinken with gale-force winds acting as an offensive barrier. Because of the 2 elements, this can only be be executed as a 'straight'/thrust.
Garyoukuuha (Wind/Lightning) - When first executed, a burst of wind is released and is then refocused into a solid blast of electricity.
Kairyuuken (Wind Water) - A variation of Garyoukuuha; like the original it starts with a release of wind. The wind works as a vacuum drawing in surrounding water which takes on the form of a blue serpent-dragon and is launched at the enemy. The actual size and 'power' of the dragon depends on the amount of water present, and it doesn't draw in water vapor only the liquid form.
Fire:
Ma'ouengekiha - While 'Goushourai' is active, he slashes with the Swordian creating a solid wave of black and red Hellfire.
Hou'outenkuu - Another diving attack in the form of a Phoenix.
Bakusaijin - With both hands, Ryuusei does an overhead flaming-slash then strikes the ground creating a fiery explosion. (Unlike Yuri's version he doesn't 'jump' but stays on the ground; it looks like a flaming version of Veigue's 'Zehyoujin' but with the added explosion.)
Hadoumeppu - While 'Goushourai' is active, Ryuusei's body appears to ignite, he slashes the ground unleashing a large wave of fire. Using this automatically cancels out 'Goushourai'.
Goushourai - Using the power of fire, Ryuusei temporarily uncreases his physical attack strength. (3 posts)
Light:
Ryuuseishou - The Seishin channels photons into his fist, at close range he fires them off in little bursts; creating the illusion of multiple punches, which can be deflected. At long range, he fires them off as one solid blast of light.
Misc:
Shunjinken - A straight jab releasing air pressure.
Shishisenkou - Ryuusei focuses his Ki and releases it in the form of a lion's head.
Tenketsubakutai - A powerful, solid concentration of Chi that when first released appears to 'stop time' for a few seconds. Despite it's power the range only extends a few meters. (This is normally the 'activation skill' for the Hiougi 'Karyuuenbu' but Ryuusei doesn't use that.)
Hiougi:
Sei'ousouhajin (Wind/Light...and not the crap-fest that's Van's...) - He begins by firing a 'special' version of Souhatsuiren; one projectile is of wind, the other of light. After the explosion he refocuses the 2 forces into a golden cyclone around him that is then drawn into Dimlos' blade and he finishes up with either a slash or thrust.
Occupation: Street Fighter, Drifter, thief... he roams wherever he wants and does what he 'needs' to support himself.

History: This story actually begins in another time...when the zealot Seijou ('Holy Maiden' the title given to her by the church), Elraine manipulated their world's timeline to satisfy her own ends. 'Mankind NEEDS God' was her justification for reviving the d**ned. First was Lion Magnus, who betrayed the Swordian Masters, but learned the error of his ways and died while aiding them; only his treason was remembered by the world. When Lion refused her offer of 'revenge', Elraine reached into the depths of Hell to summon the brutal warrior Barbatos Goetia, who betrayed for power and glory, but was forgotten by history. Barbatos killed the hero Stan Aileron; the partner of the Swordian Dimlos; named after Dimlos Timbre, Barbatos' own killer.
Meanwhile, Elraine hoarded Lens' in order to summon her 'mother', the Kami Fortuna. After defeating both the Seijou and Fortuna; Stan's son, Kyle Dunamis destroyed the Lens composite. This reset the timeline so that Elraine never appeared in the world; this came at the cost of the Seijou, Reala's life as well as the other children of Fortuna. Or so it would seem, while exploring the Leguna Ruins; Kyle had a feeling of deja vu. When he arrived at the summit, Reala appeared before him; she was alive and well, were there any others?

This once great city was rotting; the Oberon Company executives made a play for World Domination. With them gone, the Company collapsed and the country itself lost it's primary source of revenue, Lens. The Royal Family disappeared, and the Nobles left to pool their resources with the Streylize Temple to create a new city up north, Aigrette. Darilshade became a rainy slum, populated by the poor and one Seishin...
He looked about 6-year-old, like many of the kids he was an orphan. He took whatever he needed; food, clothing, hell even his own name. The boy first heard 'Ryuusei' from a foreigner who said it meant something like 'fallen star' and made it his name. Ryuusei wasn't a fighter; being the little guy put him at the...bottom of the food chain. Fortunately, that all changed...
One day, while stumbling out of an alley, the boy witnessed a swordsman named Grid; he was the leader of a loser trio named Shikkoku no Tsubasa who seek fame and fortune, but in over a decade, haven't a single Gald to their name, but continue to lurk around town to 'inspire the youth'. Grid was showing off an 'Ougi' he'd mastered to his buddies John and Milly. Afterwords, the over-confident idiot tossed the manual down a storm drain.
Maybe it was from the concussion, but Ryuusei dove into the sewer to fish it out. The water had ruined the writing...if it could be called that, but some of the drawings could still be made out. It looked easy enough for a kid; why someone pushing 40 would get excited over it , he'd never know. So he picked up a broken pipe and started practicing, after several weeks, he'd learned to channel and release air. So he set off with his pipe to get a little payback against...one of the crews that beat on him. What he didn't count on was just how hard it was to hit a moving target while practically dragging the pipe with both hands. He'd missed every single attack and the leader, tired of playing, had his boys wolf-pack him.
Nearly a month later, when he could move properly; Ryuusei decided to start practicing it again. Since he wasn't that strong he couldn't rely on the pipe. Instead he tried it out unarmed, with much quicker results, one being he could move easily. When it came time for the rematch, the lil' bastard offered up a free shot; which Ryuusei returned by Souhajin'ing the punk's left ear off. The boy did a victory dance while the worst bully he'd known was on the ground bawllin' for his mama. He didn't stop with just that basic move, over the years, he picked up other moves; molding them all into his own style.
By the time he was 17, Aigrette was well under construction; vary few visited the old capital anymore. All Ryuusei had for rivals were the same punks he'd thrown down with for years...the routine was getting boring. He set his sights on the City of Noishtat which was famous for it's Coliseum. However, things didn't go as planned, instead he wound up mixing it up with a girl named Rimuru (no Official romanization, so I keep it as it looks); Stan Aileron's niece. And the masked swordsman 'Judas', who were on the trail of a Tenshisensou war criminal and evil genius named Simon Gutri.
The Professor had his own plans for the Seishin; he allowed the three to enter his headquarters, Helraios. There he revealed the believed destroyed Swordian Dimlos. Dimlos' Core Crystal was irradiated with an immense amount of Lens Energy from Elraine's Lens the Kami no Me. By exposing the teen to that build-up of energy, it forced his own dormant power to awaken...he was also shown the 'circumstances of his birth' as if though Elraine's own eyes.
After Gutri's apparent death, Ryuusei went his own way with Dimlos in tow. The whole experience left a bitter taste in his mouth. First; having Gutri broadcast his identity while raining hell upon Aigrette... A platoon of so-called holy knights, who moments earlier were tripping over themselves to lynch him were doing the same to kiss his ass, ugh he hated Religion. Second; witnessing Elraine's Hubris. And third; not getting some from Rimuru. He decided to use some of that divine power; to see all he can see, to beat who all he can beat... and to just eff around wherever he felt like.
Overall Personality: Ryuusei's life as a street fighter didn't do well for him... Instead of an 'upstanding citizen', it's made him rude, crude and lewd. He's got a dark sense of humor and cusses like a sailor; in short, he's a punk and d**n proud of WHO he is! However, if someone could endure the crap and pushed hard enough, he'll give 'em their 15 seconds.
The Seishin grew up in a cold, rainy city; although he'd gotten bored with the routine, he hasn't forgotten his roots. In the rain, Ryuusei channels the good old days. When most people feel down, he's full of piss and vinegar plus his senses are heightened; making fighting him in the rain a WHOLE new ballgame! Even when injured or in personal turmoil or he knows he can't win; he'll cause his enemies to wake up in the night, hoping that stain down there is sweat...
He first heard of his Seishin identity from a psychopath over a loudspeaker, while his Kill-mechs were going to town on... well a town. He then learned the truth of it by seeing through the eyes of a zealot. And his experience with Religion is that people only turn to it out of convenience. These all leave a bitter taste in his mouth, so he'd prefer to keep the issue on the down low. He'd rather be hated for who he is, than worshiped for WHAT he is. However, that doesn't mean he'll insult the intelligence of anyone who can sense him, but he won't spill his guts either.

Fears: He's lived among and bore witness to the lowest of humanity. He's endured numerous ass-beatings, and readily returned the favor. There really isn't much that would surprise Ryuusei anymore. However, his biggest fear is to completely disconnect from humanity and become like Elraine, who in her zeal, abused her power to 'fix' everything wrong with the world.

Sample RP: He stood below a waterfall, his red T-shirt with "RYUUSEI 765" hand-written on the front and dark-green and brown camo pants were drenched and practically glued to his skin... And that's JUST how he liked it. "GARYOUKUUHA!" There was a sudden burst of air around him, briefly scattering the water at the base of the fall in the form of a 'ring'. And this was only the beginning; the Seishin focused the free-floating Chi and the air particles he'd just released into a solid beam of electricity. He fired it upward into the falling water; the blast of Lightning traveled up the fall using the water to continuously fuel the technique. The blast continued past the top of the fall straight up into the air drawing the water behind it which caused the fall to 'stop'.
"Now that's one hell of a light show..." Ryuusei said to himself as he starred up at his handiwork. "Maybe I can do somethin' with this..." At this time, drops of water started to rain down upon him. His eyes widened and a grin crossed his face. "There we go! A little drizzle to get the old creative juices flowin'!" His bright green eyes now seemed to glow... an illusion created by the 'rain'. The winds around him picked up, as the rain came down harder. Looking down at the floor of the river while still smirking. "O yeah! I'm gonna free the beast ALL over this place!" The wind became a vacuum, drawing more water from the river. It briefly spiraled around the Seishin before rocketing into the air.
"It'll need some work, but I bet I can do some real damage with this baby when it's perfected." And dashed off just before a large mass of water came crashing down...
