Hands and Feet – being from Mizuho, Sheena has been taught to fight with and without weapons. While she may not the hardest of hitters she makes up for it with agility and accuracy, using a style that works with using the opponents force against his or herself rather then facing it with her own force.

* - For roleplaying purposes I'm going to assume Sheena has a lot of difficulty summoning these two Summon Spirits in particular for the possibility of their summoning technique's being highly complicated and their all around extreme power. Her summoning abilities in general will be limited due to being in a different world as well.
Occupation: Ninja / Successor to Mizuho
WISH UPON A STAR
History:
Abandoned in a forest by her parents as a baby, Sheena was found and adopted by Igaguri Fujibayashi. Raised in the secluded village known as Mizuho, she was taught how to fight and defend herself from a young age. Having been chased out of the land and forced to live in hiding, Mizuho is closed off from contact to the rest of the world around them - save for when they are called upon for their abilities in espionage and assassination. As the village's leader, Sheena was automatically respected by the villagers from Igagrui's position – though she was determined to make everyone proud of her for her own achievements and not simply ride on the coattails her grandfather's status. It was at the age of seven that Sheena discovered she had the power to summon spirits, an ability that both mystified and unnerved the villagers. Sheena, while enthralled with her new found talent, was slightly nervous at the idea of making pacts with Summon Spirits. No one in Mizuho had ever been a summoner before, thus they had little knowledge on what exactly pact making entailed. Regardless of this, Sheena did her best to take in and learn every piece of information they had on the art of summoning.
With a group of selected villager's – including her grandfather – Sheena set out to make a pact with the Summon Spirit of Lightning; Volt. Once there, Sheena did her best to recite the lines needed to form a pact. Volt, however, did not respond as they presumed he would, and struck out with a sudden bolt of lightning. Confused, Sheena tried again, but the Summon Spirit only sent out a dozen bolts of thunder at all of those present. It wasn't until Sheena pried her fingers away from her eyes that she realized she was one of the very few still conscious, let alone alive. This was only due to the fact that the body of her grandfather stood before her, shielding her from the Summon Spirit's wrath. In his last moments of conciseness, Igaguri made sure to shield Sheena until Volt's wrath subsided.
After the incident, Sheena was treated coldly by her fellow villagers. While she was not punished for the incident, the curt words or lack of any acknowledgment was far worse than any type of punishment could have been. Stricken with guilt, Sheena dedicated herself to do anything in her power to make sure Mizuho and it's inhabitants thrived and remained safe.
When knowledge of Sheena's ability reached outside of the village, she was asked to help in experiments done to study Summon Spirits. The aim was to eventually create a man-made Summon Spirit with science, but with Summoner's being so rare, the researchers had had little chance in figuring out how to fix many of the problems they came across. While there, Sheena pushed away any type of friendship the researchers offered her, warning them they shouldn't try to get close to her for their own good. Regardless of her treatment towards them, Sheena was still paid for her services, which she requested each time for it to be sent to Mizuho. It was during her time there she also came across a rather peculiar artificial creature, one that she eventually tried to set free. Her attempt failed though, as the Summon Spirit refused to leave her side, and it was from that point on that Sheena and the artificial Summon Spirit 'Corrine' became fast friends.
By the time she was nineteen Sheena was given the mission of assassinating Sylvarant's chosen, Colette Brunel. Aided by the Renegades, she was able to reach the other world by riding on one of the groups specialized vehicles, a Rheaird, and track down the dying world's chosen. Her attempts were all foiled however, and eventually ended up being saved by the Chosen's group when she tried to defend the inhabitants of Luin from a Desian attack. She asked the group if she could accompany them to the human ranch to save those who had been taken, wishing to repay the people of Luin for their kindness. Their reactions were mixed, but they relented under the agreement she wouldn't pursue her original goal of assassinating Colette and help them in anyway she could.
When they escaped the human ranch, Sheena ended up tagging along with the Chosen's group, finding it difficult to bring herself to follow her original orders to kill Colette. During their travels to try and help an escapee from the ranch, the group reached a road block - or, at least, what could have been one if Sheena didn't have a certain ability. Before they could go any farther in their quest, the Chosen's group required a skill that only a Summon Spirit could help them with – one that Sheena ever hesitantly brought to their attention. While she did not want to try and face another Summon Spirit, she couldn't let their quest to help the escapee, Pietro, end there.
Unwilling to fully explain her past experiences with Volt to the group however, Sheena ended up having to face her fears. They came out victorious in their fight against Undine and Sheena was able to form a pact with the Summon Spirit of Water. With the aid of said Summon Spirit, the group was able to obtain what they needed and restored Pietro's memory. As the Chosen's journey drew ever closer to ending, the group was thrown for the loop at their final destination. At the Tower of Salvation, it was revealed that while Sylvarant would be regenerated when Colette activated the last seal, her spirit would die and her body would become a vessel for Martel. Before anyone could stop Colette, a member of their own party, Kratos, stepped before them. He revealed that he was actually an angel sent by Cruxius to watch over the Chosen's journey and make sure she never strayed from her path.
Hurt by the betrayal by someone he had put so much faith into, Lloyd went after Kratos to try and protect Colette. They didn't get very far their fight before, Yggdrasil, the leader of Cruxius appeared. He brushed away their attempts to save their friend with ease. Before Yggdrasil could finish them however, the Renegades appeared to rescue the party. When asked why the Renegades had helped them, their leader, Yuan, said that they wanted to prevent Martel's return and they needed to secure Lloyd. As the party fled, Sheena finally explained to them where she had come from and why she was here. Figuring that Sheena's home world had technology that could potentially help Colette, the summoner led them to the Renegades Rheaird's, where they sped off into Tethe'alla before they could be cornered.
While their arrival to Tethe'alla was far from smooth, the group was able to reach Meltokio safely. Sheena had to leave the group at this point, as she was obligated to return to Mizuho and inform the vice-chief of her failure. Their parting didn't last for very long however, as Sheena was ordered by Tiga, Mizuho's vice-chief, to keep an eye on the group's activities. She reunited with her new group of friends in Sybak, where the party was being held captive in the basements. After escaping, she helped the group save Raine and Genis, who had been captured and were being taken to be executed because of their half-elf heritage.
Later in the Gaoracchia Forest, the group is attacked by another assassin sent to kill Colette. They defeat the man and take him with them as a temporary prisoner, but on their way out of the forest Corrine informs the group that more knights were coming for them. Having no other options of escape, Sheena is forced to take the group to Mizuho, where Tiga decides to change Sheena's mission. Instead of acting as a spy she would instead follow the group as a representative. That is, of course, only if she tried to make a pact with Volt. Sheena was against the idea at first, but after some gentle persuasion from Lloyd, she eventually relented.
When the party finally reached Volt, the summon spirit refused to make a pact with Sheena as it had lost faith in humans. Sheena tried to force the Summon Spirit into making a pact with her, but only resulted in enraging it, causing it to strike out at Sheena and her companions. Infuriated, Volt attempted to kill Sheena with a final bolt of lightning, but was thwarted by Corrine, who sacrificed himself by taking the fatal blow. Though heartbroken at first, the summoner is inspired by the artificial Summon Spirit's last words of encouragement, and with the help of her friends, succeeds in making a pact with Volt.
After Volt's defeat, Undine appeared before the group to inform them that with each pact they made, they severed a mana link that connected each of the worlds. Believing this would help the two worlds stop competing for each others mana, the group continued to make pacts with the rest of the Summon Spirit's in Tethe'alla. With a little help from the Renegades, they were able to form pacts with the rest of the Summon Spirit's in Sylvarant as well. Once they made the last pact, the Giant Kharlan Tree suddenly went wild, and the party learned that the mana links had been keeping the Giant Kharlan Tree under control. The group devised a plan to calm the tree by blasting it with the power of opposing world's Summon Spirit's with the Mana Cannon, a weapon that had originally been designed to take out the Tower of Salvation.
When the tree is subdued, the group later finds out that Colette has been suffering from an illness called 'Chronic Angelus Crystallus Inofficium' – a rare disease that occurs when a person's body rejects a Cruxis Crystal. While on their search for a remedy, Kuchinawa, a ninja who had sworn revenge against Sheena after her initial failure with Volt caused the death of his parents, stole a vital piece of information from them. Sheena proposed that they fight one-on-one to settle their score with each other and gave him Corrine's bell as proof she would still come to fight him in return for the stolen document. After procuring what was listed on the document, the group went back to Mizuho so that Sheena could finally face Kuchinawa. With Lloyd as their observer, the two started their duel.
Their battle, while not long, was difficult for both of them. Kuchinawa was merciless, but Sheena persevered, the battle ending with her victorious. Out of shame Kuchinawa tried to end his own life, but he was stopped by Lloyd. Despite losing, Kuchinawa decided to not return to Mizuho, but says that one day, maybe, he might be able to forgive Sheena. With their duel over, the Sheena and Lloyd return to the village. Before they leave the village, Orochi informs Sheena that Igaguri has spoken, but still remains comatose. Working off the clues her grandfather was mumbling, the group returns to the Temple of Lightning, where Chief Igaguri's spirit had been separated from his body after the Volt accident. When Igaguri's spirit returned to his body, he officially appointed Sheena as the successor to Mizuho and the Igaguri style.
When the group finally heads to the Tower of Salvation, they are once more thrown for the loop, only this time they are betrayed by Zelos, who tricked Colette into being captured by Cruxis. The group fight their way through the crumbling Tower of Salvation to save Colette, only to slowly be picked off one by one by the challenges along the way. They are all eventually saved by their presumed betrayer, Zelos, who reveals that he had only betrayed the group to get a necessary item that would help them defeat Yggdrasil. The group battled Yggdrasil there, and appeared to have won. But it wasn't until later, when Lloyd faced and defeated his father, Kratos, did he return. After their battle with the Cruxis leader Genis had secretly kept his Cruxis Crystal, which came to life and tried to take over Lloyd after his battle with Kratos. Colette pushed him out of the way before this could happen, and was possessed by Mithos instead.
Eventually the group returns to Derris Kharlan, the original home of the elves, to save Colette and face Mithos one last time. They defeat Mithos and with the help of the Eternal Sword reunite the two worlds. Sheena returns to Mizuho after this, where she is truly welcomed for the first time in many years. She is grateful for the villager's forgiveness, but reminds them that they have a lot of work ahead of them for their move to Sylvarant and to make themselves a name to be proud of.
